You will explore découpage (French word for the art of cutting out and pasting cutouts on different surfaces). Projects include collage posters, paper accessories, and decoupage boxes, trays, and/or journals. Learn additional embellishment techniques for finishing touches! Join us as we experiment with color, texture and pattern in small-scale weavings. Using a simple frame loom, learn how to warp a loom and prepare weft yarn for weaving. Liability Waiver Requirement
Before you are able to attend a class or workshop at the Art Center, we must have a signed RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK. If you register on line you must review and indicate you accept the terms of this release before you will be directed to the classes. If you register by phone, the Registrar will email you a link to the waiver you must complete before your registration can be processed. If you register in person, you will be asked to complete the waiver on our tablet or on your phone.
